Engines for Africa is based in Johannesburg & supplies Engines, Gearboxes, Cylinder heads directly to the public!

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Direct and manage a sales team and provides coaching towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth within the company vision.
• Implements maximization of sales and overall profitability through the satisfaction of customers.
• Create and maintain a highly motivated sales organization, to drive the growth of sales.
• Supervise the activities of the team.
• Work with a team of staff to ensure effective daily operations.

Experience Required:

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the Engine and Gearbox sales industry is  essential.

Skill Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Self motivated & Driven
• A passion for the Automotive industry
